Packages to suit all needs

To help our clients choose the best package for them, we have created three flexible levels of service – Gold, Silver and Bronze. With each package you receive our exceptional service, a personalised team of contacts and the following benefits:

  • A legal compliance report for each property.
  • A full marketing consultation, valuation and photography package.
  • We arrange and deliver all viewings and ensure your tenant is the right one for you.
  • Tenant vetting, including gathering employment and current landlord references.
  • Administration support, including contract management, tenant communication, and deposit management under a government-authorised deposit protection insurance scheme.
  • Inventory management

In addition, Silver package clients have Essex Properties as the primary point of contact for their tenants. We will also inspect the property three times a year, instruct all tradesmen, provide a utility bill service and deliver all entry and exit reviews, inspection and deposit release services and rent management – as well as finding you a new tenant. 

For a complete, hassle-free service with no upfront costs, the Gold package provides all the benefits of Silver and Bronze, plus an additional property inspection and free contract renewals. Our Gold service is also carefully calculated to provide landlords with an income from the first month of letting.
