Essex Properties were selected and appointed by the Freeholders to take over the management of the above prestigious development from the previous management agents.  The development has been managed by us for 18 months now, and there are great improvements.  The freeholders and lessees alike are very happy with the way the property is now run.It is a mixed use property with almost 300 flats, two commercial units and some shared ownership apartments.

We are delighted to have our first member of staff achieve her10 YEAR LANDMARK  working with Essex Properties. Sue has worked in our residential lettings department since November 2001 at which time she joined to refresh her office skills, having been out of the office for some time.  Sue is a popular member of staff and is an all round team player.Sue has updated her skills and experience over the years and is an extremely valued member of staff.  Sue is second on the left in the picture shown with Sue Redbond and Robert from our Accounts Department,  Jackie  from

Essex Properties are delighted to have  been nominated as finalists in this prestigious Business Award - candidates from which are from all over the Essex Area.The winners will be selected on 4th November 2011 at the black tie presentation dinner held at Boreham House, Main Road, Boreham. Essex Properties have been representing Sovereign Country Homes as managing agents on all the developments they have built for some years now. We are delighted to be working with another local company. Their latest development is a development of apartnements in Sovereign Court, Weir Gardens, Rayleigh, which are now complete and ready for occupation. Please contact us for further details. Essex Properties were delighted to have taken on the management this week of a development of 14 luxury homes built adjacent to the Old Garrison at Shoeburyness. These will be managed by Stacey Haine - Property Manager. Essex Properties Ltd have been working with Hollybrook Homes for a number of years now, and are their selected agent for all their developments covering Essex, Surrey, London, Kent. Hollybrook appointed Essex Properties Ltd to manage their beautiful new development of 236 apartments and retail units in Redhill, which has been just completed construction.

Essex Properties Limited, part of the Essex Properties group were lucky enough to be the Finalist in the Best Growing Business Award judged by Nat West, organised by Essex Chronicle Media Group.
The Estate Management entry was highly commended. A number of staff from Estate Management were present to celebrate this accolade at the presentation evening at the Stock Brook Country Park Hotel in Stock. Heres looking at next years entry !
