Property Management

If the property is to be managed by us - we continue on from here, processing the rent each month, paying monies by BACS into your UK bank account and settling any bills on your behalf.

We arrange all regular maintenance and necessary repairs on the property.

We inspect the property every 3 months and report to you if there are any problems.

We deal with any tax matters for overseas landlords.

We submit and process any insurance claims on your behalf.

We serve formal notice, as required, when the property is to be vacated.

We carry out a final inspection when the tenant vacates and deal with any necessary work should this be required as a result of the Final Inspection.

We deal with all day to day matters on the property.

We are here for advice on any matters relating to the property, and with nearly 30 years of experience you know your property is in safe hands.

Costs:

Letting fee: Equivalent to one months rent.

Management fee: Equivalent to 10% of monthly rent.

Example: £500 rent for a 12 month letting
Letting fee £500
Management Fee £50 per month for 12 months

TOTAL COST £1100 for full Management service
£500 for letting only service
