Essex Properties is a Partnership established in 1980 by James Sullivan FFIC F.Inst.MFB, and Carol Sullivan FFIC F.Inst.MFB. We are centrally located in the Essex Area at Trinity House, 1-3 Trinity Square, South Woodham Ferrers, Essex. This central location ensures maximum coverage of the Essex Area.

Essex Properties specialise solely in property letting and management, and have done so for 21 years in the Essex Area.

We offer a fully comprehensive Letting and Management service to property owners and we believe the service is second to none. Our Letting Only service is ideal for owners who intend to remain in the general location of the rented property and are happy to manage the property on a day to day basis, secure in the knowledge that Essex Properties have arranged for them a tenancy with the maximum protection afforded under the 1988 Housing Act.

Part of our service is to provide a FREE PROPERTY VALUATION service for intending landlords, which includes advice on maintaining and providing up to date information.

You also have the advantage of your property being marketed extensively. Digital Colour photos are used on all our properties, with colour internal photographs on our executive properties.

We usually commence marketing the day we are instructed. Many properties are let within the first 10 days of instruction.
